Whether it’s going to the gym, working out at home, taking a class, or outdoor exercise, making that tough commitment first hand will make it easy for you to make other attainable goals down the line.

It the next 4 weeks, look out for giving up alcohol, eliminating processed food and white sugar, asleep by 11 p.m., and 10,000 steps a day for a week.
