New Beginnings On A Plate
Lauren Conrad and her crew today made their social media space about fine dinner recipes along with yummy and tangy sweet treats, they are shrimp and mango summer rolls, followed by lemon meringue tarts which too are perfect to kick off the spring season.
First, Lauren starts out with the shrimp and mango summer rolls that are free of any breads and starches so one’s waistline can be salvaged for a season of bikinis, these breadless summer rolls are made of Thai chilli sauce, tahini, lime, ginger, garlic, avocado, peppers, basil, mint, shrimp, mango, ground pepper, and peanuts.
Next, Lauren sweet dish serves up lemon meringue tarts from the recipe box, with crust made of butter, powdered sugar, and flour, lemon cream made from lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, eggs, and butter, and meringue conceived out of 4 egg whites and half a cup of sugar.
