The Hollywood Twirl

Now that one thinks about it, it’s safe to say that every celebrity on the red carpet of Sunday’s Academy Awards did their step and repeat thing for photographers and critics they’ve had long standing relationships with, but all failed to shutter their model wannabe poses for their high-end designer dresses, not Christine Lahti, who gave a nice little twirl to her Romona Keveza dress.

Christine is certainly no stranger to the Oscars, as she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for the 1984 film “Swing Shift”, her other film roles include “…And Justice for All“, “Housekeeping“, “Running on Empty“, and “Leaving Normal“, and for her directorial debut with the 1995 short film “Lieberman in Love“, she won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.

For last night’s Oscars, this award-winning actress and Hollywood royalty looked lovely in a Romona Keveza Collection waltz-length dress featuring a 3/4 inch sleeve boat neck bodice made of black stretch silk crepe, gold brocade circle skirt and metal belt from the fall/ winter 2018 collection.

Romona Keveza is an internationally celebrated fashion designer. Romona Keveza’s Atelier and flagship store are located in The Penthouse of the iconic One Rockefeller Plaza in the heart of Rockefeller Center.
