The Observer of Nashville, Tennessee reported on Thursday that Kristin Cavallari and soon-to-be ex-husband, Jay Cutler, finally sell their first Nashville home originally priced at $7.9 million in 2018 for a huge discount, $3.7 million.
Kristin and Jay originally bought the home for $5.3 million in 2012, and it recently went back up for sale at $4.95 million, any hope of making a profit off it past and present were quickly dashed as the market changed, then COVID19 came in, which led to a $1.6 million loss between 2012 and now.
