Kristin Cavallari’s former BFF, Kelly Henderson, revealed last week on “The Dominick Nati Show” that Kelly was put in the middle of good television at Kelly’s expense for E! “Very Cavallari”, which Kelly got a text from Kristin saying she was upset with Kelly about rumors of Kelly and Jay having an affair, Kelly was told not to say anything, but it leaked anyway, and caused questions to come up, leading Kelly at some point to get death threats from fans.
