All time villain of “The Hills”, Spencer Pratt, says to Us Weekly that during Kristin Cavallari’s time of filming on season 2 of “The Hills: New Beginnings”, Spencer says that Kristin got into a kiss with other “Hills” cast member, Brody Jenner, and it’s said that Brody kissed Kristin on the rocks on the beach.
