Athony Rubio had his runway show on February 8, 2025 at The Angel Orensanz Center in Manhattan in conjunction with Art Hearts Fashion as part of New York Fashion Week. His show had the models in his couture fashion show walking down the runway with cute dogs either being carried in their arms or walking besides them on a leash. Anthony makes matching Canine Couture and ladies and men’s clothing that is make to order. In other words, your dog, either small or large size can have a matching outfit that is the same as yours for a party or event. Wouldn’t it be fun to answer your door in your home with your dog in your arms or besides you in matching outfits for your house party? I think so because it makes for a lively party and your guest will love it!!

I’ve been going to Anthony’s runway shows for many years and he always has an amazing show with matching doggie and ladies evening clothes. He is now doing men’s evening clothes to match their dogs’ outfits too. Since this is couture, you would have to have everything the you see in the photos specially made for your body by Anthony in NYC.

His glamourous collection for women consists of short cocktail dresses in colorful sequins that are either sleeveless or short sleeved. What I loved the most is his screen siren gowns with silver beading that would make you a red-carpet star while wearing them because they had a look of old Hollywood glamour. The fabrics used in his collection consisted of glitz and embellishment with lots of beading. Other style gowns had high front or side slits to show off your toned body. Colors ranged the spectrum of precious jewels to silver and gold. Tuxedo jackets for men are perfect for any formal or black-tie event. My favorite tux jacket for men was in a wine-colored satin with a light pink flower print and a shawl collar in black and matching black piping on the pockets. A more subdued style tux jacket for a guy was black with silver metallic chalk stripes and wide lapels worn with a wide silver tie. Now let me tell you how cute the doggies were on the runway with dog coats in some of the same fabrics as the wine-colored tux jacket. Anthony’s own little dog had on a beautiful dog outfit trimmed with neon green and it looked so cute.
