Pumpkins Out Of Peppers
Lauren Conrad has a new spin on the yellow bell pepper today putting in some hocus pocus and turning the pepper into a stuffed Jack-O-Lantern.
Now with this pepper, you get the best of both worlds, one being some pumpkin carving practice, the next being a nice little tasty dish.
The Jack-O-Lantern pepper can be made with 6 bell peppers, 4 sausages, 1 large onion, 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 tablespoons or butter or olive oil, and a little salt and pepper to taste.
Just put 6 of these Jack-O-Lantern peppers into a casserole dish into the oven for 30 minutes, and you will have a delicious dinner for you, your family, and/ or your guest to love.
