The Spirit of Food
Lauren Conrad got her November-inspired recipes cooking today with homemade butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter sauce as all of our palettes hanker for dishes like this.
Lauren’s inspiration for this dish stems from the fact that fall is in full swing and Thanksgiving 22 days away, so it’s a perfect time bring family and friends over for gatherings like this.
Everything here is made from scratch, starting with the ravioli involving flour, eggs, olive oil, nutmeg, thyme, and a ravioli maker.
Then, there’s the butternut squash filling with butternut squash, heavy cream, shallots, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, grated cheese, and butter.
And, we have sage brown butter sauce that include 7 tablespoons of butter, and a bundle of fresh sage so all these elements for this great recipe can be executed, cooked, and be brought together for a great weekend dinner.
The Ombre Decoration
Lauren Conrad too today gives us an ombre fall tablescape for the all-important Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving gatherings we will have in the coming weeks this month.
In this decor, you will need floral arrangements colorfully belonging to the ombre family, then you can set your table around this ombre setting, and you will need a finishing touch that are plates and small vases centered around the ombre tablescape.
