As Long As The Names Are Not Sophia

Overall, Sophia’s not a bad name to name a girl, it has so much power with it.  However, what yours truly cannot understand is how it can be the number one name to name a girl for 5 years or so.

Luckily, there’s no Sophia in sight in team Lauren Conrad’s choices today for baby names in 2017, because there’s so much more to expect when you’re expecting.

For so many reasons, whether the names are a top baby name or not, Team LC settles on Hazel, River, Sailor, Jasper, Charlotte, Jackson, Sienna, Carter, Elle, and Rowan as choices to name their children, which Lauren Conrad and Ilana Saul will give birth to soon.

Recovery Is More Important Than You Think

Team Lauren Conrad today looks to resident personal trainer, Dr. Hunter Vincent for ways to recover from a workout within 24-48 hours after executing it.

Yours truly learns, relearns, and sometimes forgets this all the time, but one of the most important things you must do to recover from a workout is to hydrate, because you’ve lost a lot of water when your body does extreme activity.

Your body needs a break to repair itself from cardio, hot yoga, weight lifting, dance, etc.; so you don’t risk your body getting injured when you exercise again.

However, don’t get carried away with recovery, or think of it as an excuse to pig out, or big on Netflix, recovery is focusing on light activity to promote blood flow such as cross-training exercises if you run, solid sleep for 7-8 hours, hydrating with water always (drinking a gallon of water on days of exercise), good walks, and range of motion.
