Are You Off?

Summer’s wrapping up, and so is Lauren Conrad’s month long Ask Me Anything August campaign today as Lauren answers the question from one loyal reader about what are the best ways they can hop back on the train of a healthy eating and exercise routine.

First thing one must do is to make a plan by writing down their goals of where they want to be, and then writing down on how to execute those health and fitness goals by listing exercise, a grocery list to stick with, and a consistent sleep schedule helps too.

Meal prep and grocery lists are very key because you’re more likely to stick to a written down plan than if you were if you bought on the fly, and one’s more likely to eat a home cooked meal than eat out because they know they got meals waiting for them at home.

As far as working out goes, the best way to keep you from falling off the wagon when you workout at the gym, or sign up for a class you paid for especially is keep in mind the endorphins you’ll release, and the benefits you’ll get after sweating it out.

Internship Lessons

We’ve all been there, we’ve done our share of internships when we were in our Junior and Senior years of college, Team LC today learned about prioritizing duties starting from urgent to non-urgent, have a positive and can-do attitude about your tasks, realize where you don’t wanna be in your career with time at internship, good performance does land you a job, and use reply all on your email carefully, learn how reply all works.
