Keep Those Bonds Strong

Dawn Hubster, who’s the mother of Cher Hubster, made their way to The Alley Cat at The Beekman Hotel tonight here in lower Manhattan near the World Trade Center launching their mother-daughter collaboration of their new book, “A Bond That Lasts Forever”, That digs deep into the relationship of mother and daughter according to how they’ve lived it, from the womb up until now even as Cher is expecting her first child while Dawn gets ready to become a grandmother.

Dawn and Cher are best known for their hit reality series on TLC called “sMothered”, where it only gives you a small piece of their lives being as real as it can get, while playing out in front of the camera to millions of eyeballs glued to see what happens next with this mother-daughter duo of Dawn and Cher.

Daniel plus Lauren got the pleasure to interview these 2 lovely ladies, asking them initially the premise of “A Bond That Last Forever”, but the whole idea of this written piece is for mother and daughters outside of Dawn and Cher is to keep an open and honest relationship just by listening, and communicating effectively with one another, finding a way to keep the bond strong as parent and child go through the ups and downs of each other’s lives, having unconditional love all throughout.

Taking a piece of “A Bond That Last Forever”, it all comes down to not only being a parent to your child when you need to be, but to be the one that listens to your child without judgement at times, as well as the child listening or catching their parent when in a tough spot when mature enough to be that trusted individual, without judgement also.
