What Went Wrong?
According to legal documents TMZ obtained and reported today, Kristin Cavallari claims that Jay Cutler is guilty of inappropriate marital conduct which led to unsafe and improper cohabitation, misconduct that led to Kristin to end her marriage to Jay.
Kristin also insinuates that Jay has accused Kristin of marital misconduct also, which may have been stemmed from Jay’s alleged misconduct, though Jay in his divorce petition does not accuse Kristin of such actions.
Even as Jay is stressing to get joint custody of him and Kristin’s 3 children, Kristin wants primary custody of her kids with Jay to have visitation, plus Kristin wants child support, Jay to pay for the children’s insurance, and Kristin wants to be listed as a sole beneficiary on a maintained life insurance policy.
Aside from Kristin announcing the end of her marriage to Jay on Sunday, Kristin misses patio brunches with bottomless mimosas as Kristin models in a post modeling Uncommon James crystal and Bahia necklaces with seashell earrings.
