If you need a drink to add to your everyday, and you cannot wait for Mother’s Day, first remember that any cocktail or mixed drink begins with a syrup, the starter syrup here is chamomile honey simple syrup, made up of water, honey or granulated sugar, and 3 bags of chamomile tea.
Now that you got the syrup, you’re ready for the cocktail itself, 2 tablespoons of any jam you love, lemon juice, the syrup you just made, 3 ounces of gin, club soda or ginger ale/beer, mint leaves for garnish, and ice cubes that get you ready for a moment of libation in the middle of home dilemmas while dealing with COVID19.
