The Irony Of It All

Just one year ago, Nick Cordero and Amanda Kloots’s newborn infant, Elvis, was in the NICU, where he was rushed when fluid filled up Elvis’s lungs, Amanda, who posted this today, notes that the tables have turned, where Nick is now in the ICU, battling COVID19 for nearly 3 months.

Amanda jokingly said that between Elvis and Nick, they were trying to take her down, Elvis stayed for 2 nights, Nick and Amanda visited Elvis all day, they couldn’t stop staring, and they finally got to hold newborn Elvis.

Amanda remembers how the NICU nurses were incredible, witnessing all the amazing things these healthcare workers do; Amanda also mentioned in her story before the weekend was out that Nick continues to improve, resilience plays a big role with both Amanda, and Nick.

One of Nick’s fans got the incredible opportunity to reimagine Nick, Amanda, and Elvis in a painted portrait, showing off how much love is given by Nick’s fans, family, and friends.
