Nick Cordero’s wife, Amanda Kloots, in a post today said that she, one-year-old son, Elvis, family, and friends held a small memorial on Saturday that celebrated the life of Nick, where it’s all about laughs, sharing stories, singing, and sensing Nick’s spirit being present.
One of the songs played last night at the gathering was from “The Color Purple” on Broadway, which Nick and Amanda saw years ago, left both in tears, but the second half of the song hit Amanda close to home, with Amanda being scared of her new normal, life without Nick.
Amanda stresses of course that Nick would want her, and her son to live on with their lives, and embrace the new life, and best version of herself as Nick now watches over her, Nick is also being honored by Cafe Fiorello with his very own table at the famed restaurant at the Lincoln Center.
