The United States Department Of Labor today once again reported significant amounts filing for unemployment, but for the first time since the COVID19 pandemic started, only 963,000, which was 5,000 lower from 1,186,000 the week before, claimed unemployment in the 56 million who’ve filed in over 20 weeks.

The rate of those receiving insured unemployment benefits dropped 0.4 percent to 10.6 percent from previous, with the actual number now landing below 16 million at 15,486,000, 604,000 less from the week before at 16,090,000.
