The United States Department Of Labor was once again at it with the unemployment numbers, this week’s claims saw another drop from the week previous, with 33,000 less filing unemployment claims, totaling 860,000, with nearly 61 million filing claims since the COVID19 pandemic began in March.

The rate of those receiving insured unemployment also dropped decently, falling from 9.3 percent the week before, to 8.6 percent this week, plus the amount of those receiving insured unemployment dropped from 13,544,000 to this week’s number of 12,628,000 as more businesses slowly reopen in this pandemic, and kids across the country go back to school where teachers and faculty are needed back.
