They’re undressed, sautéed, spicy, savory, and fired up, yes, it’s Brussels Sprouts, the dish we all loved to hate as children just rose above being the town pariah and onto the plates of tonight’s dinner as our new favorite side dish out of Kristin Cavallari’s “True Comfort” cookbook that’s now a new love affair with Kristin, paired with beans, cauliflower, onion, just to name a few.
