On Tuesday night, Amanda Kloots finally got to make her late husband, Nick Cordero’s dish, for the first time since Nick’s death, it’s Italian gnocchi from Trader Joe’s made with vegetables and cauliflower, Amanda says Nick would make it every night because there’s nothing else Nick and Amanda could think up to make, a true Italian trait is sprinkling lots of cheese onto this pasta dish, Amanda made it with her absolute best efforts, although Nick made it the best.
