With just 3 days away until Thanksgiving, we go into this year’s dinner with less people at our table, some will return after the pandemic, others will not, it’s the quarter million people who lost their lives from COVID19, Nick Cordero is one of them, Nick’s surviving wife, Amanda Kloots, tonight is going into Thanksgiving in a few days not counting on who’s lost, but counting her blessings, like with Nick and Amanda’s near 17-month-old son, Elvis, who continues to be a blessing to Amanda everyday, as well as to the late Nick as Nick’s spirit is honored in Elvis everyday within all the little things.
