Caught Kissing
Going back in time to Tuesday when first reported by TMZ, Kristin Cavallari was seen with her new dating pal, Jeff Dye, last weekend when Kristin and a few of her friends from the “Laguna Beach” ‘05 days flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, both Kristin and Jeff were caught kissing and displaying PDA down in the warm waters of Mexico.
