Shannon Ford, the former Uncommon James employee who got fired by Kristin Cavallari on “Very Cavallari” explained what really happened in her meetup with Kristin’s ex, Jay Cutler, back in November, when appearing on the “Not Skinny, But Not Fat” podcast Tuesday, Shannon says it was the mildest meetup Shannon’s ever been to, so mild that her mom and grandma were there.
