Staying Connected

Curve New York got back into the swing of things today with a special Thursday webinar exchanging ideas about jumping virtual over the last 10 months thanks to COVID19 locking everything down.

In the course of the webinar, guest ping ponged about their stories of virtual success once the pandemic got underway, like changing protocols about fitting, displaying new collections, enhancing websites and social media to stay connected to customer base, and offering deals to keep customers engaged, plus retailers happy and moving product.

In totality, speakers are hopeful and optimistic about the future with virtual for all of 2021, including new ideas and increased virtual opportunities to keep business flowing, as well as returning to physical selling hopefully later this year and in 2022.
