Former Uncommon James employee, and former “Very Cavallari” cast member, Shannon Ford, revealed to Bachelor Nation Thursday that she was suppose to continue on “Very Cavallari” after fired by Kristin at Uncommon James, but revealed that Kristin exercised her power as an Executive Producer of “Very Cavallari” to remove her from the show completely, and Shannon was therefore gone.
