Amanda Kloots tonight got real about how she dealt with grief after losing her husband, Nick Cordero, to COVID19 last July, the first thing was getting through grief, dealing with the rapidly changing emotions either with crying, anger, laughter, and such, but accept that the inevitable will happen on the day it does.
Also, then ask for help, get whatever help you can get from all your family and friends so you can at least get through the day without feeling overwhelmed with daily life and your own grief let alone, it’s not easy to reach out when you’re in need, but it makes all the difference.
