Audrina Patridge showed off today all the top high-end designers she wore on Saturday night in Saratoga, New York for the grand opening of Gaffney’s Restaurant and Nightclub, which includes Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Alix NYC, all designed by Audrina’s designer, Joey Tierney.
