Afterpay Australian Fashion Week’s (AAFW) closing industry show will be presented by esteemed Sydney womenswear designer, Christopher Esber. Christopher Esber’s Resort ’22 runway show will be held at Carriageworks tonight, Friday, June 4 at 6.30pm and streamed live on ausfw.com, powered by Samsung. Precision tailoring, elegant minimalism and an innovative approach to cut are signatures of the label, which the designer founded in 2010. In 2014, Christopher won the Australian Fashion Laureate award for Emerging Designer.

Christopher Esber said: “It is an honour to be closing Afterpay Australian Fashion Week this year. It has been thrilling to see the evolution of the Australian fashion schedule and how it has shifted to include digital focus that allows us to present not only here but also to the world. AAFW took place from 31 May – 4 June, 2021, live at Carriageworks, Sydney and virtually at ausfw.com.
