Shield, Please

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio today in his daily announced that all indoor businesses will require you to be vaccinated if you want to enter, and you will have to show proof of vaccination before entering the door, New York City and businesses over the next coming weeks will start implementing this requirement because of the COVID19 Delta Variant now dominant in the United States.

New York City will officially launch this new process on August 16, and will 4 weeks later enforce it starting on September 13, the very same week that Broadway officially returns on September 14.

A few small indoor activity places like Steps On Broadway dance studio have already required you wear a mask whether you’re vaccinated or not beginning yesterday, and Equinox on Monday announced that it will require its New York City gyms to show proof of vaccination starting in September.
