On September 6th, just before the start of another New York Fashion Week, FASHINNOVATION assembled various industry players at the LECTRA Innovation Center to discuss entrepreneurship, innovation & sustainability in fashion.
The event, hosted by FASHINNOVATION, gathered entrepreneurs, designers, c-suites, celebrities and fashion enthusiasts in a day-long event that mixed with different panels and networking moments.
One of the key parts of the day, was the “Pitch Competition” which has been held at every Fashinnovation event from its conception in 2018 – Gary Wassner, President of Hilldun Corporation (host of the competition), announced Sana Raheem, Founder & CEO of SAAHN the winner.
Amongst the speakers, FASHINNOVATION welcomed Kenneth Cole, Sutton Stracke – Founder of Sutton Brands & Reality Celebrity from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dana Thomas – Journalist & NY Times Bestselling Author, Alexandre Birman – CEO of Arezzo and Founder of Birman, Áwet Woldegebriel – Founder of Awet NY, Alexandre Pavao – Designer, and many others!
Aside from the talks and industry networking, guests had the chance to learn of sustainable & innovative emerging brands as well as tech companies.
