Victor De Souza made the big reveal early tonight at NYFW FW 2024/ 25 of his new collection at Terminal 5 in midtown Manhattan, as part of the Elektra International Productions titled “A Night With Electra” participating with additional collections by varying designers.

Victor De Souza is a conscientious couture designer, his clothes are timeless and can be worn indefinitely and passed down from one generation to another. The collection featured lots of details with ruffles and bows and accessorized with bow shoe clips at the vamp of the shoe, worn on sling back kitten heel and flat pumps that were carried throughout the entire collection. Sleeveless dresses were accessorized with sheer opera length gloves. The use of oversized big puff sleeves and leg-o-mutton sleeves that were seen on coats, blouses, and jackets, Victor uses luxury fabrics from Europe such as moire taffeta, brocade, and toile fabric, plus luscious colors such as cream, peach, rose pink, and navy, lots of embellishments was used in everything with sequin appliqué.

Lace up the back corsetry was prominent in jackets, blouses, and dresses throughout the collection, Victor also featured men’s evening suits, other silhouettes consisted of wide-legged pants, swing jackets, high-low jackets, shorts and dresses.
