CAUGHT IN A BAD LIGHT
Jay Cutler, who was once married to reality TV star, Kristin Cavallari, has been arrested for holding a gun, and driving while intoxicated on Thursday, which TMZ reported today. It all started when Jay rear-ended another car yesterday afternoon, with Jay’s breath reeking of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and Jay slurring his words. Jay refused to take a sobriety test that would’ve been administered by the cops, Jay was then taken to the hospital for a blood test. Cops also found 2 pistols in Jay’s car, one of the 2 pistols were loaded. Jay was later arrested and booked for DUI, failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence. Jay posted $5,000 bond later that night, and out of the Franklin Police Department’s custody.
Jay married to Kristin Cavallari in 2013, having 3 children, an E! reality show that’s “Very Cavallari” back in 2018 till 2020, then divorcing sometime after “Very Cavallari” ended. Jay and Kristin fought tooth and nail in their divorce proceedings to have the best possible arrangement for assets, and custody of the children. Up until now, Jay has maintained an active but well-behaved profile in the limelight following his divorce from Kristin Cavallari. Kristin continues to be a mother to her 3 children, a successful entrepreneur with Uncommon James, and dated TikToker, Mark Estes, until recently.
