Ladies, this tradeshow was all about lingerie. The show was held August 3-5, 2025 at the Javits Center in NYC. As I walked the show floor, I discovered so much newness in lingerie fashions. Brief panties or as they used to be called (Granny Panties) are back in style again because pant and skirts are higher waisted. Brief panties are great for full skirts because they hide your behind and private parts if you bend over or the wind blows up your skirt outside whereas a thong panty gives everyone a free view if this happens. Newness in bras is soft seamless bras without underwires, more like a sports bra with a thick band of elastic at the bottom to hold up your breast. Think sports bras as a similar style but in soft fabrics with built-in or removeable bra pads. Newness in colors are orange, butter yellow and kiwi green. UNDERGOODIES

In my vintage fashion Facebook groups are many advertisements for slips from when you had to wear them to be a proper lady. Many ladies want to know where you can still buy them because they can’t find them in stores and if they do the slips are plain with no lace. I personally still wear slips full and half-slips under unlined dresses and skirts. So, when I discovered this collection at the Curve Tradeshow, I thought this brand would be great for the ladies that wanted slips to order from. I’m also involved in the NYC Swing and Rockabilly Dance scene where women wear full skirts to their knees or above and dance. Weil, the problem is when the female twirls their whole behind and crotch shows to the spectators and other dancers. JESSICA RUSSELL FLINT

The brand’s slogan is LIFE. IN. COLOUR.  A beautiful and colorful collection of silk sleepwear, ready to wear and accessories such as sleep mask, toiletry/cosmetic cases and pillow cases that are all designed in London by Jessica Russell Flint. When I walked by the booth, what made me stop and examine the items were the gorgeous prints that Jessica designs also. The inspiration comes from the Hamptons in Long Island, NY, Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy and photography of the legendary Slim Aarons who was an American photographer who photographed celebrities, socialites and jet-setters.

These styles can be worn outside of the bedroom and for lounging in the living room or family room also. Sizes are XS – XL.  The eye mask comes in zodiac and alphabet prints besides solids, priced $50.00. Pajamas as seen in the bottom right photo can come in shorts with camisoles or long pants with long sleeve button down shirts that come in many prints, $550.00 a set. Kaftans for lounging for being a party hostess are shown in the upper left photo, priced $580.00. EVEDEN

My slogan for this company is PLUS SIZE NEVER LOOKED SO SEXY!!! This company consists of many brands. All these brands have one thing in common and that they offer lots of support with full coverage for the lady who is modest or just doesn’t want to show lots of cleavage. The thong panties have a wider crotch for more comfort. Just look at my runway photos with models that the actual bras/panties were fitted on and you notice how perfect they fit. When these models walk, the panties stay down on their butts whereas I find most brief panties ride up the cheeks of your butt. Many of the bra styles have no underwire/ fiberfill/padding. The reason the bras fit so perfectly is, the many seams in the bra that pick your breast up from sagging. These photos are for Spring 2026.

ELOMI that fits a plus size or large busted female with bra sizes running from 34 -44 and cup sizes ranging from DD to LL, and priced around $72.00 – $78.00.
