Curve New York took place February 1-3, 2026 at the Javits Center River Pavillion in NYC.  This is a tradeshow dedicated to upscale brands of lingerie for women along with sleepwear and some sexual wellness products. What I saw in newness is triangle bras with no underwire or padding.  Lots of color in the many brands showing at the show. Bra sizes have moved up all the way to an H cup to accommodate the growing number of plus size ladies. This was a fall/winter 2026 show but most of the styles shown can be worn all year around. If you look at my photo above, you will notice two distinct themes going on in the lingerie market. First theme is comfy, cozy, warm and cuddly sleepwear.  The second look I saw was very sexy lacy minimal bras and thong/G string panties along with garter belts /stocking for you to wear on date night for your sexual partner. CISO ATELIER

The description of this sexy brand is “Intimate couture” handcrafted in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This designer, Teca Pasqua, makes each piece herself and made to fit your measurements so that is the reason it’s called couture. The lingerie can be made in different Brazilian laces ranging from bridal to stretch mesh for a bodysuit. What attracted me to this feminine and sexy collection was the jewelry on the lingerie which I haven’t seen before. The panties have golden or silver tone brooches (jewelry )for your behind that would be perfect to wear under all the sheer skirts (the website has them) that I am seeing in the warm weather. Triangle bras come wired/non wired or with some padding. The seams in the bra offer support by making the bra fit perfectly on the breast. Notice the lace string bikinis that have an opening at the back for more alluring you. Some other styles not in my photos are a one sleeve bodysuit with an asymmetrical cutout in the back.   Bra and panty sizes XS – XXL. Panty prices without jewelry $70.00 and with jewelry $120.00. LISCA

The company is from the European country called Slovenia and it started in 1955.  This a collection about made in Europe sleepwear, swimwear, lingerie, loungewear, workout outfits, and lingerie as outerwear. Everything they make is assured of the perfect fit because every style and design is fitted on real models and not mannequins before launching at retail. Everything coordinates so you can buy multiple items to wear together. Bra sizes 32 – 46 with cups sized A – H and come wired and non-wired in styles such as balconette, triangle and minimizer. Bra prices $75.00 – $120.00. Panties are high waisted briefs, Brazilian brief, and thongs.  Of course, the skinny model in my photos doesn’t need shapewear but this company also makes that. A style not shown in my photos but that I liked in the booth was a bodysuit that had three rows of hooks and eyes at the crotch for ease of going to the bathroom. Most bodysuits have snaps at the crotch and they are hard to fasten in a public toilet stall so their style will make it easier to wear. Since I was in the booth, I had the opportunity to touch all the fabrics and they were very high-quality nylon, polyester, viscose with lace and embroidery embellishment. Other styles they carry are chemise nightgowns with a matching robe in a knit like the purple loungewear seen on the model but it’s trimmed with lace embellishment and comes in a teal color. Other colors their items come in are black beige, white, red, and navy.

ARID BLAYNE

Arielle, the lady in the photo, started this company because she woke up with night sweats, at age 27. She was so drenched that she had to change her sleepwear and bedding. The night sweats were due to a medication she was taking but I was told many females between the ages of 18 -60 have night sweats and especially if you are going thru menopause. To fix this problem of having to change sleepwear she found fabric with a cooling technology. She works with textile companies to develop fabric to wick moisture away from the body. The non wrinkle/non pile fabric is 66% recycled polyester/30% Lyocell/5% elastin fabric. The tee shirt in the upper right-hand corner has two layers of fabric for extra coverage of your torso. You know how pajama legs seem to ride up your legs at night, well the elastic lasso as seen in the top left photo makes them stay down on your leg by going around your ankle. 

Styles are: henley shirts, sort sleeve crop tops, tank top, lasso pant, and shorts. Colors are black tomato, blush, baby blue and gray. Sizes XS – XXXL.
