COME CLEAN AGAIN

Lauren Conrad finally reveals “The Reunion: Laguna Beach” is premiering April 10th on The Roku Channel. At last, the much-anticipated “Laguna Beach” ultimate high school reunion ever comes to T.V. after 6 or 7 months prior to the plan for one. In all this time leading up to it, Lauren and Kristin Cavallari went public that their 2-decade feud is no more. The 2 have had a storied history of being on the outs with each other because of one man, Stephen Colletti.

Back in early 2004, MTV announced a new concept of doing reality T.V. aside from “The Real World” standard which MTV pioneered. This was “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” documenting rich high school seniors with tons of drama. The huge difference is that “Laguna Beach” was shot and edited like a scripted drama instead of jerky camera angles with confessionals. Ironically, “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” was a counter series off the hugely popular “The O.C.” on FOX at the time.
