Olivia Rodrigo is doing some 3rd album promo like no other with her upcoming “You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl In Love”. Olivia is not only hosting, but she’s also pulling double duty as Olivia will also perform on “Saturday Night Live” on May 2 on NBC. For the record, this will be Olivia’s 3rd appearance on “SNL”, but it’ll be her first time hosting. Olivia has officially taken her celebrity status to a more elevated level as she shows off her acting and sketch comedy skills along with being an accomplished pop music artist.
Believe it or not, this will not the first time Olivia gets to do sketches on “SNL”. Back in December 2023 shortly after performing songs from “Guts” album at the time, Olivia made a brief cameo in a sketch called “Tiny Ass Bag”. Olivia’s fans went wild that she showed off her acting chops which Olivia earned when working with Disney on “Bizaardvark” and “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series”. But Olivia Rodrigo’s journey to hosting “SNL” came mainly from “Bizaardvark”, where Olivia and her best friend, Madison Hu, played tons of characters off their fictional web series.
