NOT NECESSARILY ROUGH
It’s certainly a defining moment right now for the “Laguna Beach” reunion that just went live on The Roku Channel to the world. Especially when it comes to millennial nostalgia where it was uber-popular to throw parties, trips to Cabo, and the lead up to graduation. Lauren Conrad is still definitely on a high today about this whole reunion experience happening, where she noted an article Friday from Vanity Fair. The biggest driver in the reignited popularity of “Laguna Beach” right now is how simple, less messy, and how inspiring the show was on those who watched.

Sure, there were moments of raunchiness that lots of people questioned. But even against the reality TV champs of 2004 that pushed limits, and especially against the rough times of now along with GEN Z roughing up aspirations down to surrender, Laguna Beach was sweet and innocent. The mainstay behind casting “Laguna Beach” was not only choosing outgoing kids, but those kids that have ambition to be more than they are. And following season one of “Laguna Beach” which followed by “The Hills”, Lauren, Kristin Cavallari, and Stephen Colletti celebrate this special 2004 moment at its highest. Because it was the start of everything.
