I’M TAYLOR SWIFT… AND YOU’RE NOT

Taylor Swift and her TAS Management team made a bold filing Friday which Variety noted today to legally protect her voice, and images of her likeness with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

The voice part Taylor’s protecting is “Hey, I’m Taylor Swift” and “Hey, It’s Taylor” against any AI bots or software who try to mimic what she sounds like.

The image of Taylor seeking out to be preserved by copycats are photograph of Taylor Swift holding a pink guitar, with a black strap and wearing a multi-colored iridescent bodysuit with silver boots. She is standing on a pink stage in front of a multi-colored microphone with purple lights in the background.

All these trademark protections come after President Donald Trump used AI material of Taylor Swift during his 2024 Presidential Campaign.

And it’s not just Taylor Swift protecting against the 47th President Of The United States. It’s Taylor Swift going after those who are using TS in any shape or form that negatively affects Taylor’s brand. And protecting a ubiquitous figure like Taylor Swift brings big dollars for TS for anybody who wasn’t to use Taylor’s voice and likeness in a proper and official way.
