MORE TO QUESTION
Olivia Rodrigo and Cosmo Mag did the big reveal today of her taking over the front page cover of this month’s edition. Olivia turns to her longtime best friend, Madison Hu, to conduct this pure magazine interview as Olivia’s 3rd album is closer to release on June 12. One of the biggest parts of growing up for Olivia is realizing you have more questions, and that there are no final answers. And then there’s the biggest discomfort that becomes apart of Olivia’s everyday life, it is uncertainty.
“You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl In Love”, that’s the more abundant piece of work Olivia is delivering, departing from teen heartbreak and pressure cooker expectation. Olivia confesses they have edited the hell out of this upcoming album, it’s much slower progression, levity, and connecting to Olivia in real life. Expect a mix of songs that are just sad, but also expect songs just fun. “Drop Dead”, the first and lead single off Olivia’s 3rd album, is definitely optimistic, paying homage to Olivia lyrics happy and healthy.
Moving into the age of 23, Olivia is less afraid as her new age got off to a great start. Another takeaway is spending too much time looking at someone else’s cards for you or them takes away big time from your own cards.
