LARGER THAN LIFE

Tonight’s Met Gala was filled with plenty of “Costume Art” as it was this year’s theme depicting art work from over 5,000 years. But the biggest driver the Met Gala had here in New York City came from the world of pop music, creating their own take on all kinds of art. There were the leading ladies which included Sabrina Carpenter depicting film, and Beyoncé making her first appearance in 10 years. Don’t forget a few KPOP ladies who’ve been redefining the course of music for new generations.

Beyoncé’s comeback included Olivie Worstein who’s not only been loyal to Beyoncé, but created Queen art with a corset and headpiece made of diamonds. Met Gala Co-Chair, Beyoncé, had an extremely luscious train going for her dipping into winter gray. Husband, Jay-Z, and daughter, Blue Ivy, were also on tap which Blue reassured Beyoncé that she can let mother just relax.

Sabrina Carpenter relied on Jonathan Anderson and the team over at Dior to creates sleeveless dress entirely made out of film. This indeed is Sabrina’s dream to wear a costume dress this creative and sexy down to the toe. Immediately after Coachella, Sabrina’s styling team made up the film beauty dress in just weeks. It is a true testament to how talented this fashion industry is to create diamonds under pressure.

Reflecting beautifully on the red carpet, Blackpink’s Jeannie elevated her KPOP status to Chanel whose team created Jeannie this mirror gown. It does no justice to say this gown fit true to size. But the silhouette involved in this fine strapless work suit Jeannie to her beautiful figure which is a good poster child for hour glass figure.
