Saint‑Aubin, Switzerland (May 6, 2026)
Independent Swiss watchmaker MAURON MUSY introduces MU09 NODE°, a new 41mm Grade 5 titanium watch series powered by the all-new Calibre MM03 and featuring the brand’s first integrated bracelet.
Built around MAURON MUSY’s patented nO-Ring® gasket-free sealing system, a founding innovation that has defined the brand since its launch 13 years ago, NODE° marks a significant evolution for the independent manufacture. The new series brings together a proprietary micro-rotor movement more than a decade in development, a newly integrated bracelet architecture, and water resistance to 20 ATM.
NODE° represents a point of arrival for MAURON MUSY, reflecting the collectors, partners, technical experimentation, and engineering challenges that have shaped the brand since its founding in 2013. Established in Switzerland’s Broye Valley, away from the country’s traditional watchmaking centers, MAURON MUSY has built its identity around an engineering-led approach to watch design.
With a four-day power reserve, the brand’s nO-Ring® gasket-free water resistance and a new design and dial architecture, NODE° presents a coherent evolution of the MAURON MUSY ethos.

ENGINEERED FROM CONVICTION
Founder Christophe Musy did not set out simply to create a watch. Coming from an industrial background rather than a traditional watchmaking one, he sought to solve a technical problem: how to achieve reliable water resistance without conventional elastomer gaskets.
The result was a gasket-free sealing system engineered entirely in-house, now known as nO-Ring® technology. The founding patent has become central to MAURON MUSY’s identity and informed the brand’s early case architecture, including its 2015 Baselworld debut. The result was an instantly recognizable case with an engineered design born from function rather than aesthetics.
Collectors arrived. Partners believed. Across more than a decade of studied evolution, MAURON MUSY’s focus has expanded from case architecture to the movement within. NODE° is both a culmination and a new point of departure for MAURON MUSY. Following nearly two years of development, the series brings the brand’s technical ambition and design evolution into a single object worn on the wrist.
On the development of NODE°, MAURON MUSY Co‐Founder and CEO Christophe Musy said: “The idea behind NODE° was to reach a moment of coherence. Over the years, the focus progressively moved from the architecture of the case toward watchmaking itself. With the Calibre MM03, everything finally comes together.”

CALIBRE MM03: MOVEMENT AND BRAND MANIFESTO
At the heart of NODE° is Calibre MM03, MAURON MUSY’s proprietary micro-rotor movement. The MM03 is visible through the semi-open dial’s architectural composition, where a bold, angular balance bridge at 9 o’clock anchors the design. The caliber features 32 large-jewel bearings set in traditional chatons and a free-sprung balance with inertia screws, oscillating at 28,800 vph. The movement measures a mere 5.5 mm thick.
The movement offers a four-day power reserve, notable for a movement of this architecture, delivered by a ball-bearing tungsten micro-rotor. Every surface that can be finished by hand is finished with artisanal rigor, underscoring MAURON MUSY’s combination of micro-engineering and traditional watchmaking methodology.

SIGNATURE CASE OF ENGINEERED INTENT
MAURON MUSY’s nO-Ring® technology is the brand’s founding innovation, developed to ensure water resistance without a single elastomer gasket. What began as a technical solution now serves as a structural foundation for the brand’s case architecture.
For NODE°, the Grade 5 titanium architecture has been refined and reimagined in a 41mm diameter with case thickness of 12.8 mm, designed to integrate seamlessly with a bracelet. The case retains the bolted construction associated with MAURON MUSY while introducing a more fluid and contemporary profile.
The result is a familiar case architecture evolved with greater cohesion, making clear that NODE° arrives as a deliberate next step for the independent Swiss watchmaker.

FIRST INTEGRATED BRACELET
NODE° introduces the first integrated bracelet from MAURON MUSY, machined from the same Grade 5 titanium as the 41mm case. Designed as a continuation of the watch’s geometry rather than a separate attachment, the bracelet gives the series the effect of a single sculpted form on the wrist.
The bracelet combines the featherlight quality of Grade 5 titanium with defined ergonomics and light-catching bevels across each link. Brushed surfaces contrast with polished hexagonal details that mark the transition between links, underscoring the tapering architecture and refined finishing.
Each link has been individually engineered as a counterpoint to the case architecture, reinforcing the connection between case, bracelet and movement. The butterfly clasp closes with deliberate precision, while an additional rubber strap with folding clasp is included for added versatility.
About MAURON MUSY
Founded in 2013 in the Broye Valley, at the foot of the Swiss Jura, MAURON MUSY was created by Eric Mauron and Christophe Musy, two minds shaped by precision mechanics. From the beginning, their approach was driven not by a desire to be different, but by a need for coherence. Not by provocation, but by conviction. They questioned what others accepted, examined what no longer made sense, and rebuilt until clarity returned.
Months of research led to a technical breakthrough: the patented nO-Ring® technology, the only fully mechanical water-resistance system in the world without gaskets. Born from reasoning rather than convention, the system became the foundation for the brand’s distinctive case architecture. From function, form followed. What began as Christmas gifts for their families soon met unexpected demand, and MAURON MUSY took shape.
From the start, MAURON MUSY has been guided by purpose, precision, and coherence. Production is limited to 300 pieces per year, because what is made with integrity cannot be rushed or repeated at scale. This same philosophy led to the label Swiss Crafted, beyond Swiss Made: a standard certifying that 100% of each watch is designed, developed, and manufactured in Switzerland.
