Olympic legend Ryan Lochte marked a defining career milestone in Mauron Musy on Saturday, May 16, 2026, wearing the Swiss independent watchmaker’s MU05 103 Blueprint timepiece for his official induction into the International Swimming Hall of Fame.

Held at War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the 61st Annual Honoree Induction Ceremony recognized Lochte as one of the sport’s most decorated athletes, honoring a career marked by discipline, resilience, and record-breaking achievement, including 12 Olympic medals, six of them gold.
For the occasion, Lochte selected the MU05 103 Blueprint, a timepiece inspired by the technical drawings of engineers, in which every line carries purpose and every detail serves a function.
Featuring a skeletonized interpretation of the MM01 SK calibre with 167 components, a 55-hour power reserve, and striking luminescent architecture that reveals the movement beneath, the watch reflects the same values of precision, performance, and transparency that defined Lochte’s record-breaking career.
About MAURON MUSY
Founded in 2013 in the Broye Valley, at the foot of the Swiss Jura, MAURON MUSY was created by Eric Mauron and Christophe Musy, two minds shaped by precision mechanics. From the beginning, their approach was driven not by a desire to be different, but by a need for coherence. Not by provocation, but by conviction. They questioned what others accepted, examined what no longer made sense, and rebuilt until clarity returned.
Months of research led to a technical breakthrough: the patented nO-Ring® technology, the only fully mechanical water-resistance system in the world without gaskets. Born from reasoning rather than convention, the system became the foundation for the brand’s distinctive case architecture. From function, form followed. What began as Christmas gifts for their families soon met unexpected demand, and MAURON MUSY took shape.
From the start, MAURON MUSY has been guided by purpose, precision, and coherence. Production is limited to 300 pieces per year, because what is made with integrity cannot be rushed or repeated at scale. This same philosophy led to the label Swiss Crafted, beyond Swiss Made: a standard certifying that 100% of each watch is designed, developed, and manufactured in Switzerland.
