All the great artists who shaped the music industry for half a century came to pay their final respects to the late, great, Clive J. Davis at Central Synagogue in east Manhattan today. Barry Manilow, Alicia Keys, L.L. Cool J, Bruce Springsteen, and many more gave what they owe to Clive Davis. Discovering their musical gift and persona can truly move and shape not only music, but shape people’s lives drastically. Clive J. Davis’s death was announced last Monday. He was 94 years old.
