Learning about an album just by listening to it can only get you so far, unless you really have a good keen sense of what the artist is saying. Or just simply asking. Olivia Rodrigo today on Spotify did a full on discussion with BFF, Gracie Abrams, about Gracie’s upcoming album, “Daughter From Hell”.

Gracie confessed to Olivia that it was all about one thing, tears, crying, and fabricated allergy infections to the world. Gracie battled through so many emotions when writing this album, understanding the pain Gracie inflicted onto her parents. And Diana understanding how hard Gracie herself was to deal with. Soul searching to say the least which Gracie told BFF, Olivia in writing this album.

Gracie first met Olivia when they toured on Olivia’s first tour being “Sour”. Gracie did it through DM way back when, and Gracie confesses when touring with Olivia, Gracie contracted a variant of COVID-19. Gracie was so sick on the plane ride following her stint with Olivia and throwing up, that Gracie thought she was a super-spreader.
