Who We Loved At Fashion Week

As Lauren Conrad showed off her 2nd Kohl’s LC Lauren Conrad runway collection in her pop-up shop at The Americana At Brand back home in Los Angeles, Lauren Conrad’s editing team jetted off to New York City taking in all of New York Fashion Week seeing what’s hot for Spring/ Summer 2017.  And so today, Lauren’s team tells about who their favorite top 5 designers were.

Lauren’s Ilana Saul puts Kate Spade New York at number one for their Morocco-inspired line of colored pom poms and tassels, flat mules, block heels, and camel motifs fitting into Kate’s feminine and wildly playful collections.

Number 2 is the Brock Collection founded by supermodel, Cindy Crawford who’s floral printed silk and brocade are an added touch to the luxurious yet ultra-wearable collection.

Self-Portrait was the favorite for Lauren’s team with their lace tea dresses and jumpsuits with military inspired skirts, mustard yellow hues, and asymmetrical hemlines.

Next is Creatures Of Comfort having a cool casual style every season and worn by celebrities like Solange Knowles and The Man Repeller’s Leandra Medine.

And finally, we have the one and only Rebecca Minkoff who always puts on a good show every season infusing music and social media influencers onto the runway.  The most-edgiest thing Rebecca Minkoff did this season wax instead of walking S/S 2017, Rebecca Minkoff walked her current fall/ winter 2017 collection.

Easy Plants To Keep Alive

Lauren Conrad writes a piece today about the best plants that live longer like Aloe Vera, English Ivy, Jade Plant, and Rubber Tree.

Lauren also says water your plants only when they are truly thirsty like every 3-4 days, place in direct or indirect sunlight at the window, only fertilizing certain plants, and fixing tilt on a plant if root rots like placing it under sunlight to dry out, then water less.
