Today, team Lauren Conrad with help from Byrdie give us the exact amount of sleep one must get, determining how happy one will turn out to be if the right amount of sleep, to the minute, will be.

If you get 7 hours and 6 minutes worth of sleep, you will be extremely happy, but if you get 6 hours and 48 minutes or less of sleep, you’re prone to be very unhappy, have relationship problems, and anxiety.
