Nothing Like The First Time
There’s that moment where we all have a first time in our lives, but this one is very special because Lauren Conrad’s baby Liam James Tell just had his first trip to a pumpkin patch on Thursday looking adorable as ever.
There Liam is snuggled up in a onesie all in white, resembling a lamb, while Lauren holds him up high in her arms, and a little Instagram description saying “This little lamb had their first trip to the pumpkin patch today”, simply expressing how much Lauren loves her baby boy.
Lauren did not look too bad herself, Lauren got festive for the occasion by wearing a short sleeve slightly burnt orange t-shirt that’s slightly on the heavy side, with black skinny jeans ripped at the knee, and a pair of big and thick black sunglasses as the pumpkin patch barn was filled with sunlight.
As Lauren was taking baby Liam out to the pumpkin patch, the Los Angeles Times reported Thursday that Lauren sold her home in Brentwood, California for $4.525 Million, which is $30,000 above the asking price, and $900,000 more than what Lauren paid for.
Lauren’s home had 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, an office, a very large yard, a breakfast nook with a spectacular kitchen that has tile all around the counters, cabinets, and appliances, a big living room to accompany the kitchen where all the rooms are splashed in white, and out of the 6 bedrooms, one bedroom is used as a den.
