Lighting Up The Holidays

The Empire State Building in New York, New York hosted Gwen Stefani on Monday evening as she flipped the switch at the iconic Empire State Building.

Kicking off the season and promoting the 2017 holiday light show, the pop icon and three-time Grammy Award winner was the star at the symbolic lighting ceremony.

World-renowned lighting designer Marc Brickman will choreograph the building’s lights to Gwen Stefani’s “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” which will be simulcast on iHeartRadio.

A three-time Grammy Award winner, Gwen Stefani has achieved worldwide success as a performer, songwriter and recording artist who has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide.

Stefani released her first holiday album, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” on October 6.

The disc includes a duet with Blake Shelton and features six originals and six classic holiday tunes.

Stefani will star in “Gwen Stefani’s You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” which is a modern take on traditional Christmas specials.

Featuring music performances and fun holiday-themed sketches, the hour-long program will capture Stefani’s infectious spirit and iconic style, and share it with audiences around the country.

The special includes music from Stefani’s new album, along with holiday classics, comedy and more.

“Gwen Stefani’s You Make It Feel Like Christmas” will air December 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
