The Best of Italy Brought Home To You

Crossley showed off the the best of their men’s collection coming from the boot known as Italy on Monday over at the men’s trade show that is UBM’s Project, over at the Javits Center here in New York City.

With Project, Crossley to be exact is an Italian brand that’s designed and manufactured in Italy by a designer called Luca, where is complete concept and mantra are quality is the basis of vintage, meaning that if a piece of clothing is made in very good quality, it will be vintage and last a lifetime.

Crossley imitates vintage clothing, where everything looks, and I cannot stress look enough, everything looks vintage with a slightly torn sweater that’s purposely design to achieve a vintage look, and the hole designed at the bottom of the sweater will not get any bigger with maintenance over time.

Since the fabrics and cashmere are very high end, Crossley has the benefit of its sweaters, hoodies, sweatpants, and t-shirts keeping their shape, avoiding wear and tear that most clothing that’s mass-produced for the long run unfortunately go through, and become one’s newest dust rag.

With a little vintage sensibility, it all comes down to the fabric that holds up strongly, consisting of cashmere, garino, and t-shirts that are 50 percent silk and 50 percent cotton, making for a collection of tops and bottoms that are worth caring about in the exact maintenance that Crossley requires.
