Lauren Conrad got into the recipe box again today to bring the world a couple of healthy breakfast items one will find an alternative not only to the junk food breakfast norm, but even healthy breakfast foods already that we’ve grown accustom to.

With help from Kelly LeVeque from Be Well By Kelly, Lauren and crew start out with the cookies ‘n’ cream smoothie, a blueberry and chocolate smoothie that has an Oreo aftertaste, and it’s made out of chocolate coconut collagen protein powder, almost butter, flax or chia seeds, spinach, almond milk, and hemp.

Next is the kiwi smoothie bowl that’s green, glowing, packed with Vitamin C, and collagen for healthy radiant skin, it starts out with kiwi, vanilla protein powder, coconut yogurt, chia seeds, microgreens, unsweetened nut milk of choice, ice, and hemp hearts, all to make for a good breakfast.

Lauren Conrad’s contributor, Jessi Burrone today got to this month’s articles of clothing either to spend one’s money on, or keep a watchful eye depending on how good the piece may be, there are baby blue florals, raffia slides, gingham swimsuits, and ruffle sandals to decide on.
